Matching Campaign Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 1, 2025

At Charity Bridge Fund, our mission is to inspire new giving and expand the reach of charitable support. To launch our platform, we are offering a Matching Campaign designed to encourage donors to explore new causes and to help nonprofits engage new supporters. This policy outlines how matching funds will be distributed and what is expected of participating nonprofits and donors.

Purpose of the Matching Campaign

The Matching Campaign exists to spark fresh generosity and broaden donor engagement across our nonprofit community. Matching funds are not intended to replace regular giving, but to encourage incremental support that helps more causes thrive.

How the Match Works

Charity Bridge Fund has established a $50,000 matching pool for this campaign.

All eligible donations made through the website during the campaign period will be matched dollar-for-dollar (1:1).

To ensure that matching funds are shared fairly across our network of nonprofits, each participating organization may receive a maximum of $2,000 in matching funds.

Once a nonprofit reaches its $2,000 cap, donors may continue giving through the website, but additional gifts to that nonprofit will not be matched.

Matching funds are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until the campaign pool is fully expended.

Donor Terms

Eligibility: Any donor making a gift through the website during the campaign period is eligible for the match, subject to nonprofit and campaign caps.

Transparency: Donors will be informed if a nonprofit has reached its $XX cap and gifts will no longer be matched.

Fairness: Matches are limited and cannot be applied retroactively or transferred between nonprofits.

Nonprofit Terms

Participation: By enrolling in the campaign, nonprofits agree to follow these terms and represent the campaign accurately in their outreach.

Cap: Each nonprofit may receive up to $2,000 in total matching funds.

Outreach Integrity: Nonprofits are expected to use the match to broaden their donor base and should not encourage existing donors to simply reroute regular giving through Charity Bridge Fund in order to access matching dollars.

Certification: Nonprofits must certify their agreement to these terms as a condition of participation.

Compliance: Charity Bridge Fund reserves the right to review nonprofit outreach materials and donor activity. Violations may result in loss of matching funds or exclusion from future campaigns.

Commitment to Transparency

Charity Bridge Fund is committed to ensuring that the Matching Campaign benefits as many organizations and donors as possible. We will provide updates during the campaign and publish a summary report at its conclusion to share how funds were distributed.
