JustGive, which has raised over $600M for thousands of charities since 1999, is launching a nonpartisan initiative called Charity Bridge Fund to mobilize new support by highlighting the impact of defunding and directing funds to urgent, real-time program needs. Currently, there is no consolidated resource that identifies individual programs whose federal funding has been reduced or eliminated. This initiative fills that gap, serving as a trusted hub for channeling aid to credible organizations that have lost vital support due to recent government cuts.

Through this platform, Charity Bridge Fund will:

  • Raise awareness of the long and short-term impacts of defunding.

  • Highlight specific projects and programs at risk.

  • Provide vetted data and efficacy research on affected charities.

  • Connect donors—including individuals, foundations, and donor-advised fund holders—with targeted matching opportunities to maximize impact.

By spotlighting the effect of these cuts and offering a transparent giving platform, we aim to bridge funding gaps and help ensure essential services continue.
